The Forgotten News

Here are a couple of sweet news stories from long ago. These are stories that many of us have either forgot about never even seen.

First a little zombie boy who likes turtles

If that wasn't sweet enough...

That's all for now. I'm Chris Luna and that's what's going on.

Do Not Read Unless You Are 21 OR Older!!!!!

Beer is my new best friend. I Know what you're thinking, "Chris Luna drinking beer!!!! What?!" Don't worry, I have not started drinking beer, but I have discovered a new use for it. I was watching Ellen the other day...

Real quick, for some strange reason, Stryker form KROQ is Ellen's DJ?

Back to the story. I was watching Ellen and she had on this chef who was really into cooking with beer. She marinated some steak with beer. It looked pretty good. The thing is that I really hate beer. (Sorry Jasons and Angelo) It looked really good. So it was worth a try. I thought to myself, "I have steak, Erick has beer and he won't be back until next month so rock on". So I tried it and it was amazing.

So here is my recipe for Chris Luna's Amazing Beer Steak.

4 pieces of beef chuck cross rib steak - thin
1 half bottle of beer
2 tspns. soy sauce
Montreal steak seasoning
Olive Oil

Rub seasoning as much as you can into steaks. Place steaks into some sort of bowl. Pour beer over steaks. Add soy sauce. Marinade 6 and a half hours or however you feel is a good amount of time. Some people like to do it all day. When I come home for work I want it there and then. Okay so back to the recipe. Fry it in a pan. I like to use olive oil. I never measure it. And there you go. Enjoy!

P.S. Sorry for watching Ellen. It was the only thing on.

The Evangelical Linebacker

A few weeks ago, I watched this awesome video at church. It was the only thing I got out of church on a Sunday morning. So that says a lot.
Check it out man!

Commercials for the Elderly

The beauty part about mornings is waking up and having breakfast and watching commercials aimed at the elderly. In the mornings there are all of these comercials. You know the ones. Alex Trebek selling life insurance, motorized wheelchairs designed by Tom Kruize, and Wilford Brimley selling diabetes.

These commercials are freaking awesome. Especially when I am sitting down, eating breakfast, and watching an adult diaper commercial where an elderly woman is modeling diapers. I mean she is actually wearing the diaper on t.v. Mmmmm... Breakfast.

Speaking of Wilford Brimley...

Injurwiis

So, I took about a three week break from playing video games. I popped in Wii Sports for the first time last Wednesday, and I played bowling for about a couple of hours. The thing with bowling is that I really get into it. I act like I am actually bowling. Anywho, after playing for a couple of hours straight, I felt my entire right side of my body acting a little sore. I thought nothing of it. Then I went up to roll the ball and I felt my wrist twist pretty hard. Then I decided that it would be my best interest that I it would be a good idea to stop playing. Now, it's been a couple of days and my side is still sore and I have been wearing an Ace Bandage on my wrist to work. How cool is that. I even have a cool name for my injuries. I call them my "Injurwiis". HA!
